Self-Care for Women in the Entertainment Industry (NY)
A 10 week group for women interested in connecting with others to promote self-care through discussion & mindfulness techniques. As a program of the Women’s Health Initiative, this group will focus on cultivating holistic health & well-being, creating a space for members to share, support one another, and replenish.
