Mastering Your Digital Presence: In the day of websites, mobile apps, Google, Facebook, blogs and other platforms, having a digital presence is important in helping businesses to connect and engage with their audience. With all of the different platforms that exist, learning all of them, developing an effective strategy and managing them to achieve real results can seem daunting.
In this workshop, participants will learn:
- Which social media sites are best for their business
- How to grow and maintain their digital presence
- How to convert prospects into customers online
- How to develop a content strategy
- Which tools to use to manage their digital presence
- How to track their digital marketing performance
Beverly Macy, Entertainment and Sports Digital Marketing Expert, will lead this workshop.
Prerequisite:
Must have attended Career Center Orientation. Must be in the process of starting or already have a business in place.
