Medicaid

ForwardHealth

Medicaid plans provide health care for those who are 65 or older, blind or disabled, and those with family income at or below the monthly program limit. Eligibility is based on income, assets, and type of care needed.

Health Coverage for Idaho Families

Medicaid has different programs available that provide health coverage for children under age 19, parents or other related adults with children under age 19, pregnant women, women diagnosed with breast or cervical cancer or pre-cancer, people aged 65 or older, people who are blind or disabled (using Social Security criteria).

Healthy Connections

Healthy Connections is SC's Medicaid program. Eligibility is determined by age, whether you are pregnant, have a disability; income and assets.

KanCare

Apply for KanCare, Kansas Medicaid.

MaineCare

Free or low-cost health insurance for families with children and pregnant women, as well as for the elderly and disabled.

Medicaid in Texas

Medicaid in Wyoming

Pays for medical care for some low-income and medically needy individuals and families.

MO HealthNet

Provides medical services to persons who meet certain eligibility requirements.

Nebraska Medicaid

Provides health care services to eligible elderly and disabled individuals and eligible low-income pregnant women, children and parents.

SoonerCare

Children, pregnant women, low income non-disabled adults with children (under age 19), individuals seeking family planning services (19 years of age and older), individuals seeking behavioral health services (no age limit), and some individuals who would also qualify for the Insure Oklahoma program can apply for Medicaid.

South Dakota Medicaid

South Dakota Medicaid helps pay for necessary medical expenses for low income individuals, families and children.

TennCare Medicaid

TennCare Medicaid covers children under age 21, women who are pregnant, parents or caretakers of a minor child (The child must live with you and be a close relative.), women who need treatment for breast or cervical cancer, people who get or have gotten an SSI check (Supplemental Security Income), and those in nursing homes or receiving long-term care. Utah Medicaid

Pays for medical services for low-income pregnant women, children, individuals who are elderly or have a disability, parents and women with breast or cervical cancer. To qualify, these individuals must meet income and other eligibility requirements.
