Women and men from all corners of the entertainment world, led by Team Captain Lynn Redgrave, will be joining forces on Saturday, May 3rd, as part of The Actors Fund Team at the 11th Annual Revlon Run/Walk for Women.

In addition to funding the fight against women’s cancers, your participation with Lynn Redgrave and The Actors Fund supports The Phyllis Newman Women’s Health Initiative (PNWHI), created to address the myriad of concerns women face when dealing with a serious medical condition.

Last year, The Actors Fund received a grant of $105,000 from The Entertainment Industry Foundation (EIF), as a direct result of our 125 team members and 60 volunteers participating in the annual run/walk.  Help The Fund build an even greater team in 2008!

The Actors Fund Team 23:  RUN/WALKERS

Join The Actors Fund Team 23 as a Run/Walker

Meeting  Place: 729 Seventh Avenue, between 48th and 49th streets

Date: Saturday, May 3

Meeting Time: 8:45 am

Run/Walk begins: 9:15 am

Ask for: David Engelman / Louie Anchondo / Gail Perlman

Hat: We'll have an Actors Fund Team Hat for you and we'll walk together!
 
Note: Give yourself enough time as Times Square will be packed with 40,000 run/walkers

Hat: An Actors Fund rep will have an Actors Fund hat for you!

NOTE:  When signing up to volunteer for The Actors Fund team be sure your “pop-up” blocker is turned off, and that you select team 23 under team number, then hit “tab,” and The Actors Fund will pop up as your team.  Then select “The Actors Fund” from the pull down menu under “Group/Organization,” but DO NOT select a job assignment. The assignment for The Fund is pre–selected for you.
