(New York, NY) - Dozens of new items have been added to The Actors Fund’s online Auction of 1000 Stars and there are more to come. This week’s hot ticket items include having a personal portrait painted by Peter Max, tickets to the 21st Annual Nickelodeon Kids Choice Awards and after party, VIP seats at the 2008 Tony Awards Gala, a walk on role in Phantom of the Opera, a one week stay at a luxury villa in Copacabana, tickets to The Daily Show, tickets to the Mamma Mia! film premier, courtside seats at the 2007 U.S. Open, tickets to Emeril Live and a backstage tour of The Food Network kitchens, a night at the theatre with Alec Baldwin, VIP tickets and backstage passes to Nancy Grace on CNN, private vocal lesson with Barbara Cook, VIP behind the scenes visit to The Guiding Light or a private Shakespeare lesson with Lynn Redgrave in NYC.
Next week’s new items include prime tickets to the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show and after-party, a visit to Inside the Actors Studio that includes a meet and greet with host James Lipton and VIP tickets to Young Frankenstein and the post show party.
Over the three weeks of the auction, bidders can choose from 125 exciting listings in honor of The Actors Fund’s 125th Anniversary. All proceeds from the auction go to support the vital programs and services of The Actors Fund.
