TITLE: SOCIAL WORK SUPERVISOR, HIV/AIDS INITIATIVE AND SENIOR AND DISABLED CARE PROGRAM

JOB DESCRIPTION: Responsible for the coordination, administration and program development of the HIV/AIDS Initiative and Senior and Disabled Program. Provides direct services to clients and their families. Coordinates educational workshops and related group services. Supervises three staff and a graduate social work intern. Liaison to related community and public agencies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• LCSW with a minimum of 6 years post MSW experience
• Strong clinical skills and supervisory experience necessary.
• Knowledge of community resources helpful.
• Previous experience providing case management services desired.

• High School diploma or equivalency certificate.
