The Board of Directors of The Actors Fund consists of those who represent and are deeply interested in the welfare of all professionals who work in the performing arts and in entertainment. In support of their efforts are various special committees and councils focused on specific key issues and programs, including:

• Friends of The Lillian Booth Actors' Home – Supporting The Actors Fund Home in Englewood, New Jersey.
• National Board of Advisors
• The Artists’ Committee – Made up of dozens of artists across the country and across arts disciplines.
• The Western Council – Supporting the work of The Actors Fund's Western region office and programs based in Los Angeles.
• Presidents of The Actors Fund's Board of Trustees
• The Dancers' Resource Advisory Council
