Susan is a writer in Los Angeles who found support and inspiration from The Career Center at The Actors Fund.

A writer in the entertainment industry, Susan came to The Actors Fund for help searching for work that would help her make ends meet. She utilized the many facets of our Career Center services in Los Angeles, including the orientation, seminars, Job Clubs, and Valley Days which regularly bring Fund seminars and services to clients at our Burbank office. Her eyes were opened to the many ways she could develop her writing skills to create a business.

Today she’s transformed her passion project into a career she loves as a writer and tour guide specializing in Italian travel for women. “I’m forever grateful to The Actors Fund for helping me find a prosperous working life I could never have imagined.”
